Ocean Grow holds an ISM Document of Compliance (DOC) and maintains authorised cooperation with a range of international classification societies. Every credential we hold is a commitment to quality, regulatory compliance and professional capability.
The Document of Compliance (DOC) is issued under SOLAS Chapter IX and the ISM Code to ship management companies whose safety management systems have passed audit. It is the core compliance basis on which Ocean Grow delivers ISM consultancy and full ship management services to clients.
Holding a valid DOC means Ocean Grow's safety management system is recognised by the competent authority, covering the safe operation, pollution prevention and emergency response requirements of client vessels, and is subject to annual verification and five-yearly renewal.
Ocean Grow maintains long-term cooperation with a number of international classification societies, supporting managed vessels through classification entry, annual surveys, drydocking surveys and the tracking of outstanding conditions, so that vessel certificates remain continuously valid.
Ocean Grow's services cover the principal international maritime conventions and regulations listed below, ensuring clients receive professional guidance across diverse regulatory environments.
We continuously track IMO resolutions and their entry-into-force dates from every session, and regularly update our internal training materials so that our consultants' knowledge base stays aligned with the latest industry requirements.
